A's new bus was on display Wednesday, June 25 as the Hy-Vee and Page County Cattlemen set up for the cookout fund raiser prior to the A's game.

Thanks go to both the local food store and the Cattlemen for raising $858 dollars for the team's fire loss fund. Previously Robin Johnson, mother of A's team member Alex from neighboring Red Oak, IA, had held a fund raiser there which netted $317 and Boomsticks Bat Co. from Shenandoah, IA donated eight bats to the team.

The support the community and area for the A's organization continues, as do donations from our alumni and friends throughout the baseball community. A's personnel and family truly appreciate this response continuing from so many of you.
