Clarinda A's Baseball

(Clarinda) -- The Omaha Strike Zone took a wild 11-9 win over Clarinda on Saturday afternoon.

The A's trailed 5-0 in the fourth when they struck for three and pulled within 10-9 thanks to six total runs between the sixth and eighth innings. However, they couldn't get over the hump in taking their first loss of the season.

Victor Perez had a double and drove in two runs to lead the offense, while Kale Emshoff and Jackson Crochet added two hits apiece.

The A's will host St. Joe on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM.
