Clarinda A's Baseball

(Clarinda) -- The Clarinda A's wrapped up the regular season with a impressive victory, routing Sedalia 10-1 for their seventh straight win.

The A's finished up MINK League play at 28-14, 6 1/2 games clear of St. Joe in the MINK north and will start play in the best-of-three MINK League Championship Series on Thursday against the southern division champion. Currently, Nevada has a 1/2 game lead on Sedalia in the south. Nevada hosts Ozark on Monday while Nevada hosts Sedalia on Tuesday to wrap up the regular season in the league.

On Sunday, six Clarinda pitchers combined to limit the Bombers to four hits and one run while the offense slammed ten hits and scored two or more runs in three different innings.
