(Clarinda) -- One day after losing to the Chillicothe Mudcats, 8-3, Clarinda came home and picked up a 3-2 win against the very same team on Wednesday night.
The A's scored two runs in the sixth inning to take a 3-2 lead they wouldn't give up.
Seth Gill pitched six innings and allowed just one earned run (two total) to get the win. Gill struck out two and walked four.
Zack Belanger, Dakota Woods and Spencer Nielsen all drove in a run apiece for the A's.
Clarinda will travel to Nevada on Thursday before returning home for a doubleheader on Friday night against the Ozark Generals.
