(Chillicothe) -- The Clarinda A's four-game win streak was snapped on Tuesday night in a 10-6 loss to Chillicothe.
The A's and Mudcats traded scores in the early going, with Clarinda fighting back to tie the game twice. However, they ran out of rallies after the Mudcats scored two in the fifth, two in the sixth and one in the seventh to break a 5-5 tie.
Clayton Daniel led the A's offense with two hits, a walk and two runs scored, while Chase Hamilton had two hits, a walk and scored once. Dakota Woods walked three times, scored twice and drove in a run.
The A's are off on Wednesday before returning to action on the road at the Ozark Generals on Thursday.
