(Joplin) -- The Clarinda A's weekend in Missouri came to an end with a walk-off 3-2 loss to Joplin on Sunday evening.
The A's, who tied it with two runs in the eighth, lost when Troy Cahill hit a two-out walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth.
Dakota Woods led the Clarinda offense with a hit and two runs batted in. He also scored a run. Clayton Daniel and Ben Duerr added two hits apiece.
Jordan Dreibelbis pitched the first seven innings, allowing just two runs on three hits and a walk while striking out two.
The A's continue their road trip through Missouri on Monday when they meet the Branson Nationals at 2:00.
