Clarinda A's Baseball

The North All-Stars scored a 12-3 win over the South in the MINK League All-Star Game on Wednesday night in Joplin.

The Clarinda A's had several named to the All Star team including Isaac Alexander, Cole Frederick, Reid Bonner, Jamaal Chaney, Zeth Malcom, Sean Bergeron, Brandon Andrews, and Orlando Ortiz. 

Reid Bonner and Sean Bergeron, combined to drive in three runs for the winning team. Brandon Andrews and Orlando Ortiz also pitched in the game. Andrews struck out one in a scoreless inning of relief while Ortiz allowed one run and struck out two in pitching the ninth.
